3 Rounds

> Slow Squats (5)

> 1-Leg Glute Bridge with Leg Lock (5 each side)

> Single Leg Dead Lift & Reach (5 each leg)

> Sit Through (5 each side)

Lacrosse Skills

Wall Ball (w/ tennis or hard ball)

> 25 Canadian Right

> 25 Canadian Left

> 25 Over Shoulder Catch Right (Start feet perpendicular to wall, right foot closest to wall.  Stick is in right hand.  Throw and catch in front of you, over the shoulder)

> 25 Over Shoulder Catch Left (Start feet perpendicular to wall, left foot closest to wall.  Stick is in left hand.  Throw and catch in front of you, over the shoulder)

Split and Load Shooting (25 Right & 25 Left)

Offense

Split and Load Shooting (15 right, 15 left)

Start on the pipeline 7 yards away from goal.  Face goal, stick in inside hand.  Step with inside foot toward the outside while split dodging and shoot (see Wall Ball Split and Load Shooting).  Target is low and away.  

No goal, Repeat Wall Ball Routine 1 Time

Defense

Box Drill - Around the World (5 right-handed, 5 left-handed)

Place 4 markers in a square 10 yards apart.  Place ball in middle of squar.  Start on a cone, sprint straight ahead to 2nd cone, shuffle to 3rd cone, backpedal to 4th cone, shuffle back to 1st cone, sprint through GB.  

Goalie

Walk the Line (all 7 Spots) 10 Times

Stick Trick Competition

Parents: send us a video to   (include your son's name, age/grade, school district) of how many "Revolves" you can perform on a single toss.  If a tie occurs, style points will be taken into consideration.

Workout 

3 - 300s w/ stick and ball

300 = Mark off 50 yards in the street or back yard.  Sprint up and back, three consecutive times, for a total of 300 yards while carrying your stick and cradling a ball.  Take a 1-minute break and rinse and repeat. 

Lacrosse Skills

Wall Ball (w/ tennis or hard ball)

> 25 Underhand Right

> 25 Underhand Left

> 25 Behind the Back Right

> 25 Behind the Back Left

> 25 Canadian Right

> 25 Canadian Left

Offense

Spin and Shoot (15 right, 15 left)

Start on the pipeline 7 yards away from goal.  Turn you back to the goal, hold the stick in your inside hand, horizontal out in front of you.  Pivot on your outside foot and turn and shoot.  Focus on inside leg whip.  Target is low and away. 

No goal, Repeat Wall Ball Routine 1 Time

Defense

Speed Shuffles (10 reps) - Place cones 10 yards apart and ball out in front.  Shuffle quickly from one cone to the next, back to the first cone then to the middle of the cones.  Sprint forward and pick up the GB.

Triple Threat Lacrosse looks forward to our 6th season starting in June 2020!

Registration and season details will be shared in May 2020 but make plans to join us on Wednesday nights at Fairview Park in South Fayette.
